In the settlement Rtina-Miočići family Violets and Mirko Miočić offers apartments in a private home. The house has 8 suites: 4 apartments for two persons + extra bed, 25m2 and 4 suites for five persons, the size of 50m2. Each apartment is air conditioned and has its own Treasury
The house is 200m from the sea. In the courtyard, in front of the tavern and grill is located above the large common terrace around 100m2 with a swimming pool and swings for children.
In the backyard there is table tennis. Beside the house is a parking space - each suite has its place.

Apartman A1
	Apartment has place for 5 persons. It is situated on the ground floor and it is appropriate for handicaped persons in the wheelchairs.

Apartman A2
	Apartment has place for 5 persons. It is situated on the ground floor and it is appropriate for handicaped persons in the wheelchairs.

Apartman A3
	Apartment has place for 4 persons. There is an auxiliary bed as well. It is situated on the first floor, has a bedroom, living room, a bathroom with a shower, kitchen, and a balcony with the view at the sea.

Apartman A4
	This apartment is also situated on the first floor and it takes 5 persons. It is made of 2 bedrooms, of which one has three, and the other has two beds. There is also a kithchen with a balcony and the view at the sea, a bathroom with a bath tub and an extra shower, and a tolilet.

Apartman A5
	Apartments are situated at the second floor with a beautiful view at the sea. They both have a mini kitchen, a bedroom with two beds (there's also an option of putting an auxiliary bed in each of them), a bathroom and a balcony.

Apartman A6

Apartman A7
	Apartment is situated at the second floor. It is a studio (25m2) – it has a room with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and there's also a balcony with a view partially at the sea, partially at the countryside.

Apartman A8
	This apartment is placed at the second floor. It is has a kitchen, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. It also has a balcony with a view at the sea and the countryside.

Arrival is after 14 hours, and guests should vacate the apartment by 10 am or exceptional circumstances as agreed.
Air conditioning is included in the price.
Tourist tax is 1 € per person / day, children under 12 years do not pay tax.
Booking payment is 30% and the rest upon arrival.
Upon completion of apartments, guests have to give keys to the owner and tidy apartments, some have received or otherwise pay a price for cleaning by arrangement with the owner.
